1. What this is
BettingWith.AI (the "Service") is a statistical assistant that aggregates publicly-available sports data and bookmaker odds, runs probability models over them, and presents the output. It is provided on an as-is basis for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. Not financial or betting advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, gambling, investment, or other professional advice. Model probabilities are estimates, not guarantees. Past model accuracy does not predict future accuracy. You are solely responsible for any wagers you place based on information from the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or 21+) to use this Service. You must comply with all applicable local laws regarding sports betting. The Service is not available where prohibited.
4. Accounts
You may sign in via a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, chargeback without cause, or violate these terms.
5. Free tier, subscriptions, and tokens
- Free tier: a limited number of predictions per day, reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Unused free predictions do not accumulate.
- Pro subscription: billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Tokens: one-time purchases. 1 token = 1 deep prediction view. Tokens do not expire.
6. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g. EU consumers retain the 14-day withdrawal right when no service has been used). Token purchases are non-refundable once any tokens from the pack have been spent. Contact us first if something is wrong; we want to resolve issues directly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or resell the Service's output;
- circumvent the free-tier quota (e.g. with bots or repeated cookie clears);
- use the Service to facilitate match-fixing or any illegal activity.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to gambling losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonable, communicated by email.
